Francis KamauSenior Guide
Francis Kamau is from Nyeri in Central Kenya, an area famous for it’s coffee and tea. He attended secondary school in in Thika. From a young age Francis wanted to be a Safari Guide. His first job was as an office clerk in a safari company. A member of the Kenya Professional Safaris Guides Association (KPSGA), Francis has worked for Abercrombie & Kent and Kensington Tours. All of his training was on the job. He lives in Nairobi with his wife. He has 5 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Francis enjoys teaching his guests about nature. His favorite areas are the Masai Mara & Samburu. He is an avid birdwatcher and is still looking for a Shoebill (but they are in Uganda).
